Depending on application areas the spray system is designed as medium / high velocity type. The various components of the system such as deluge valve,pipe work, medium and high velocity spray nozzles, heat sensors etc. are determined considering the specific need of the hazard area.
Fixed foam system is designed as per requirements specified in NFPA-11. There will be fixed foam-makers, foam pourers, deflectors. A balanced foam proportioner system in conjunction with an automatic deluge valve can provide automatic detection & foam application for fire extinguishment. Mobile foam units can be provided right from small units of 100-litres capacity with inline inductor and foam-branch, to bigger units of 1000 litres capacity & above with trailer-mounted foam tank and water-cum-foam monitor mounted on suitable manifold.
CO2 system is designed using NFPA-12 & BIS: 6382 as guiding standards. These installations are provided for confined areas, usually at such sites where water & foam cannot be used. Cylinders duly ISI marked are filled with a maximum filling ratio of 0.667 Kg/ Litre. We can supply & install both high-pressure & low-pressure systems.
